Elvish Yadav’s Statement: “It was his friend’s shop, where he had a complete set-up with a camera. It was pre-planned by Maxtern. He even had a microphone in his chest when he was hit in the video. It was planned before, and how can we use him like this?” said by Elvish Yadav in the Video
Elvish Yadav said he went to the clothing shop when Maxtern walked towards him. “Maxtern had everything planned. There was a hidden camera, and Maxtern also had the microphone on. If you see the video, you can hear the sound of thrashing. So Maxtern planned everything, and he knew how to use it properly against me. People are saying Maxtern was alone, and I went along with 10–12 people. But the truth is, he had 4 people with him, and the people with me were not there to beat up, but they were actually stopping me,” Elvish Yadav told Hindustan Times. And he went to claim that he had also tried to threaten by keeping his parents alive. he also claimed that the incident may have been an attempt by his left-wing critics to malign him
Elvish Yadav also said, “I want to ask everyone how they will react if someone threatens your family, your mother… After the fight, I reached out to Maxtern and wanted to solve it. I called him home, but he did not come. The next day, Maxtern filed an FIR, and he questioned why 307 (attempt to murder) was not imposed on me. The left lobby, which has always been against me because i speak about Hinduism, is supporting the call ,” He said
In the FIR, Maxtern accused him of trying to break his spine.”I, Sagar Thakur, Aka Maxtern, would like to bring to your attention a grave incident of assault and threat to my life perpetrated by Elvish Yadav, which necessitates immediate legal action.
